10 Positive Affirmations For This Time of Change and Uncertainty

During these times of change and uncertainty it is important that we keep our thoughts positive and become selective with the information that we consume. I created 10 affirmations to help you keep your thoughts positive and around health, well-being, and trust that everything will work out for the highest good of all at the end. 

Repeat these affirmations daily while standing tall and holding your head up. Take a couple of deep breaths and really feel the meaning behind each of these affirmations.  

  1. I embrace the chaos and choose to think positive thoughts.

  9. I accept this moment for what it is.
