Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policy

Return/Exchange

We hope that you love your purchase from everlur!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your everlur product we will happily exchange your size or give you a refund, within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.

Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us immediately if you have any concerns by sending us an email at support@everlur.com with your order number and as much detail as possible. 

Products must be unworn. Bracelets, all cards, and bracelet pouch must be in their original condition.

everlur offers a warranty of 90-days on all bracelets. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will honor a one-time replacement of that piece. Please email a photo of your piece to support@everlur.com within that time period. Then, we will either send you a brand new piece or repair your original bracelet for you. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement bracelet to ship out.

After the 90 days, there will be a $15 charge for all repairs. Please collect all your bracelet components and email us to get this process started.

We will be more than happy to work with you to get you the everlur product that best serves you. Please contact us via email at support@everlur.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. 

Note: All international sales are final. 

 

Shipping

We charge a flat fee of $3.80 for all domestic orders under $75. Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and are shipped via USPS First Class which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive. 

Orders over $75 enjoy free domestic shipping via USPS First Class. 

International customers have two options for shipping:

  • USPS First Class International (delivery within 7-21 business days).
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (delivery within 2 business days).

International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
