As I'm going through my journey of self-discovery and manifestation and trying to relay that message to others, I have been coming across some resistance about something that made me think...
Law of Attraction is based on the premise that in order to manifest thoughts into our physical reality we would have to keep our vibration high pretty much all the time.
Here is how the truth looks like for most of us. There are days when we wake up and things feel "off". We are low on energy. The last thing we want to do is to jump in the air and act like we are super happy and high vibe. I'm sure everyone has experienced that to some degree.
Now, here are the two scenarios of how this type of day may progress. We are grumpy, we don't really want to deal with people. We would rather wallow in our sorrow than to try to be positive. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe there isn't. We may be anxious and act a little passive aggressive towards family members, coworkers, or even strangers. Weird things happen to us throughout the day. We cannot wait for the day to be over. We wonder why we had such a bad day but we don’t think too much of it.
Now here is the second option: Self-awareness. Even the best manifestation guru may wake up one day and feel kind of “off”. The difference however may be that they practice self-awareness.
They acknowledge their feelings. They understand that staying low vibe may pull them a few steps back from their end goal. They are mindful of how they feel and how that may paint their reality. So they choose to practice meditation to clear their head. They use various breathing techniques to reduce their anxiety. They use the power of crystals to gain clarity and come to a calm state of mind. They exercise, read motivational books, or listen to an empowering speech. They journal and practice gratitude.
Law of Attraction is not saying that you should have a great day every single day. But it is asking you to be mindful, to be determined to make happiness a choice by catching yourself having a bad day and choosing to use all those tools to help you get back on track.
Law of Attraction gives you a formula to a fulfilled life. You have the power to make the right choices that lead to happiness.
Creating an amazing reality takes a little bit of work and determination sometimes. Next time you are having a bad day, try and catch yourself and consciously work on lowering your stress to get back on track.
